Overwhelmed
Well, I told some of my bosses today. Bosses 1, 2, and 4 know. Boss 1 says he wants to be the one to tell boss 3 (the way he did boss 4). Bosses 5 and lower will probably hear it at the coffee machines. Obviously one of the biggest problems with working in a corporation is this: I have so many bosses, semi-bosses, and pseudo-bosses that I run ragged trying to handle all of their requests. Only one of them rates my merit and completes my review, but I spend 80% of my time actually working for someone else. Not really fair to me or to him. In the end, it may feel the same as an entrepreneur, but I look forward to finding out for myself. 🙂 – ALaff
